The Jamtara Zone is located in the northern part of Pench National Park and is known for its peaceful environment. The gate lies near the Pench River and offers access to a beautiful section of the park.
This zone features a mix of dense forests, riverine areas, and grasslands that support a variety of wildlife. Visitors may spot the iconic Bengal Tiger, along with leopards, jackals, deer, and several species of birds. The nearby Pench River also attracts animals that come to drink water.
