These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings and services provided by Eagle Safaris, the wildlife tourism brand of Banzaara Vacations Pvt. Ltd. (CIN: U63030UR2022PTC015073 | GST: 05AALCB3196Q1Z0), hereinafter referred to as “Eagle Safaris,” “we,” “us,” or “our.” By making a booking through EagleSafaris.in or via our sales team, you (“the client”) agree to be bound by these terms in full.
Eagle Safaris is a direct wildlife safari operator and tourism service provider operating under Banzaara Vacations Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated under the Companies Act 2013, Government of India. Our registered office is located at Laxmi Vihar, Corbett City, Ramnagar, Uttarakhand 244715, and our corporate office is at GF, 509 Udyog Vihar Phase 5, Gurugram, Haryana 122001. All digital advertising for Eagle Safaris is managed by Amigo Performance Marketing OPC Pvt. Ltd., an authorised marketing partner under the same ownership.
All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a minimum 50% advance payment of the total package value. The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days prior to the date of travel. All prices are quoted and payable exclusively in Indian Rupees (INR). Accepted payment methods include NEFT, RTGS, and IMPS bank transfers to Banzaara Vacations Pvt. Ltd.’s official ICICI Bank current account, UPI payments to our verified business UPI ID, or any other digital payment mode officially communicated by our team. A written booking confirmation will be sent to the client’s registered email address upon receipt of the advance payment.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to hello@eaglesafaris.in. For cancellations made 30 or more days before the travel date, a full refund will be processed minus a 10% administrative charge. For cancellations made between 15 and 29 days before travel, 50% of the total package value will be refunded. For cancellations made within 14 days of the travel date, no refund will be applicable. In the event of forest department closures, natural calamity, government restrictions, or any other force majeure circumstances, a full credit note or rescheduling at no additional cost will be offered to the client. All applicable refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment source.
Eagle Safaris does not guarantee wildlife sightings of any specific species, including tigers, leopards, or any other animals. Wildlife behavior is entirely natural and unpredictable and depends on animal movement, seasonal patterns, and forest conditions that are beyond our control. Eagle Safaris guarantees the quality of its service delivery, the expertise and professionalism of its guides and drivers, and the safety and condition of its safari vehicles.
Safari permits and zone allocations are governed by and subject to the availability confirmed by the respective forest departments and tiger reserve authorities. Eagle Safaris will make every reasonable effort to secure the zone and time slot requested by the client. However, final zone allocation authority rests solely with the respective forest departments, and Eagle Safaris cannot be held liable for any changes made by the forest department after confirmation.
Forest Rest Houses are government-owned properties managed exclusively by the Uttarakhand Forest Department. Eagle Safaris facilitates FRH bookings as an authorised service provider and coordinator but holds no authority over final room allocation, zone assignment, or facility standards, all of which are determined solely by the Forest Department. Clients will be informed of any allocation changes at the earliest possible opportunity. Eagle Safaris cannot be held responsible for decisions made by the Forest Department after booking.
Eagle Safaris, its directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property arising during or in connection with any safari, wildlife experience, or travel service provided. Eagle Safaris shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, or itinerary changes caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, government orders, forest department decisions, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. All clients are strongly advised to arrange comprehensive travel and medical insurance prior to travel.
Clients must carry a valid government-issued photo ID for all national park entries. All clients must comply with forest department guidelines, park rules, and safari regulations at all times during their visit. Eagle Safaris reserves the right to deny service to any client whose conduct endangers wildlife, fellow travellers, or members of our team, without any liability for refund in such circumstances.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ramnagar, Uttarakhand and Gurugram, Haryana, at the sole discretion of Eagle Safaris.
All complaints must be raised within 14 days of the conclusion of travel by writing to hello@eaglesafaris.in. Where a concern arises during the trip itself, clients are encouraged to contact our team immediately so corrective action can be taken in real time. Eagle Safaris is committed to resolving all disputes fairly, promptly, and professionally.
Eagle Safaris is an independent wildlife travel and safari facilitation platform offering information, travel assistance, safari planning, accommodation coordination, and tourism-related services across various destinations in India.
We hereby clarify that Eagle Safaris does not claim ownership, partnership, affiliation, sponsorship, or official association with any resort, hotel, lodge, forest department, national park, tiger reserve, wildlife sanctuary, or government authority unless explicitly stated. Further, Amigo Performance Marketing OPC Pvt Ltd is duly authorized to market, promote, manage, and operate digital advertising, branding, and promotional campaigns for Eagle Safaris across digital and other media platforms.
