Terms and Conditions for Eagle Safaris

Welcome to Eagle Safaris, a travel agency specializing in customized travel solutions. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Payment: a) A deposit of 50% of the total trip cost is required at the time of booking, and the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to departure. b) Payments can be made via wire transfer, credit card or PayPal. c) Prices are in USD and are subject to change without notice due to currency fluctuations, government taxes, or any other factors beyond our control.
  2. Cancellation: a) All cancellations must be made in writing and will be subject to cancellation fees based on the following schedule:
  • More than 60 days prior to departure: 50% of the deposit
  • 60 to 31 days prior to departure: 50% of the total trip cost
  • 30 days or less prior to departure: 100% of the total trip cost b) No refund will be given for any unused portion of the trip or for any missed activities due to client’s delay or absence.
  1. Insurance: a) We highly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for medical expenses, trip cancellation, and emergency evacuation and repatriation. b) Eagle Safaris is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to person or property while on the trip.
  2. Itinerary: a) Eagle Safaris reserves the right to alter the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or other factors beyond our control. b) The client agrees to abide by the itinerary, including any necessary travel arrangements and accommodations. c) Eagle Safaris is not responsible for any additional costs incurred due to changes in the itinerary.
  3. Health and Fitness: a) Clients are responsible for their own health and fitness and must inform Eagle Safaris of any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate in the trip. b) Eagle Safaris reserves the right to refuse any client who is deemed physically or mentally unfit to participate in the trip.
  4. Passports and Visas: a) Clients are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including passports and visas, and for complying with all laws and regulations of the countries visited. b) Eagle Safaris is not responsible for any costs or losses incurred due to a client’s failure to obtain the necessary travel documents.
  5. Liability: a) Eagle Safaris shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury to person or property, whether direct or indirect, arising from the client’s participation in the trip. b) Eagle Safaris shall not be liable for any delays, cancellations, or changes in itinerary caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, natural disasters, or political unrest.
  6. Complaints: a) Any complaints must be raised with Eagle Safaris immediately, and we will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly. b) If the issue cannot be resolved on the trip, the client must submit a written complaint to Eagle Safaris within 14 days of the end of the trip.
  7. Governing Law: a) These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Eagle Safaris is registered. b) Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the jurisdiction in which Eagle Safaris is registered.

By booking with Eagle Safaris, the client agrees to the above terms and conditions.
