The Dhela zone was created In the park’s southern buffer forest area. They have spotted only seven tigers together in the Dhela Zone woodlands over the course of the park’s entire 75-year existence. The mixed forest plantations and moist deciduous shelters in the forests of this zone are home to a variety of wildlife species, including sambar deer, which draws tigers in large numbers since they can easily catch prey there.
