Booking Procedure

* Bookings preferably to be made 90 days prior to date of arrival
* Adhaar card, PAN card, or Passport required of all the members
* 50% advance & Balance payment instantly after the permit is booked
* Availability of rooms shall be confirmed 45 days prior to the date of arrival
* In case of non availability of rooms by us, 100% amount will be refunded back.

Terms & Conditions

* Package rates are applicable for Indian Nationals only
* Valid till the bookings of 15th June 2025.
* Check in time – 12:00 noon, Check out time – 10:00 am (for the Forest Rest Houses)
* Accommodation / Electricity / Water supply / Housekeeping etc are provided by the forest department.
* We shall not be held liable in case any of the above is not up to the expectations
* Although, we also try our best to facilitate as much as possible (if needed)
* But can not commit, as the final authority lies with the Forest Dept
* Tour starts and ends at Ramnagar

Cancellation Policy

* 10% of the total amount to be charged as processing fees in case of cancellation before the permit is booked
* Balance amount will be carry forward for the future booking
* No refunds / adjustments once the permit is booked
