Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve includes interesting wildlife viewing and is home to a wide variety of wildlife, birds, and reptiles including tigers, leopards, sloth bears, hyenas, jackals, wild dogs, and sambar. The park’s main attraction is the tiger, which visitors can occasionally see in dense forests or near lakes. Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve is one of the best places in India to see the Royal Bengal Tigers. You can explore on a jeep safari, also known as a ‘Tiger Safari’. This Taboda safari Package gives you the chance to take in vast views of the habitat and see tigers and other animals in the wild. The reserve is divided into three zones, each with a different access gate. 

Jeep safari times are set by the Tadoba manager for morning and evening. The jeep can only be used for excursions after registering with the administrator. Jeep entry requires self-registration at the park gate and payment of the mandatory fee before entry. The Parks Authority limits the total number of jeeps for morning and evening drives to 36. For safety reasons, a park guide must accompany the jeep. Tourists can also enter the park by presenting their personal information and identification at the gate, while foreigners can enter the park by presenting their original passports. 

Tourists are not allowed to get out of the jeep for the entire safari tour as it may endanger their lives. Additionally, when on a tiger safari, you must follow a set of rules and regulations that the park guides are fully aware of and can explain. 

 

DAY 01: Arrival at Nagpur 

Upon arrival at Nagpur train station or airport, our representative will meet you and drive you to Tadoba National Park. Upon arrival, check into the Wildlife Resort. Afterward, enjoy a refreshing and delicious lunch. Afterward, you will have free time for a nature walk in the evening. This is followed by dinner and an overnight stay at the resort.   

DAY 02: Ride to Taboda National Park 

Early in the morning, a jeep will pick you up from your resort for the jungle safari. This is the time when you can see various birds spreading their wings high in the sky. A wide variety of wildlife awaits you, as well as birds. After the jungle safari, return to the resort for breakfast. Enjoy breakfast and lunch before embarking again on the evening jeep safari to the national park. The chances of seeing tigers roaming increase in the evening. 

Return to your resort before it gets too dark. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at the resort. 

DAY 03: Tadoba National Park – Nagzira National Park (170 km / 4.5 hours’ drive)   

After a hearty breakfast, head to your next wildlife destination in the state. 

In the morning, drive to Nagzira National Park in the northeast corner of Bandara district. Nagzira National Park is often referred to as the green oasis of Vidharba for its beautiful dense forests.  

Upon arrival, check into the Wildlife Resort. In the evening, enjoy a nature walk in and around the resort, followed by dinner and overnight. 

DAY 04: Safari to Nagzira National Park 

Early in the morning, a jeep is waiting to take you on a safari to Nagzira National Park. Home to a wide variety of animals, Nagzira is a great place to spot wildlife. After soaking up the sun in the park’s wilderness, return to the resort for breakfast. Relax before lunch and after lunch prepare for an evening jeep safari to the park.   

Return to your resort before it gets too dark. Upon arrival at the resort, relax with a cup of tea before enjoying dinner and overnight. 

DAY 05: Nazira National Park – Pench National Park (150 km / 04.5 hours’ drive)   

After breakfast, we will drive to Pench National Park, another gem of the itinerary. The park is located on the southern slopes of the Satpura Range in central India and covers 758 square kilometers, of which 299 square kilometers is the core area of the national park and the remaining 464 square kilometers is the buffer zone. 

Arrive at Pench National Park and check into the Wildlife Resort. In the evening, enjoy a pleasant walk in the nearby forest or visit the sunset point near Koka Dam. Dinner and overnight at the resort.   

DAY 06: Jungle Safari to Pench National Park 

On Day 6th, we will explore the reserve twice for jungle safaris, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Pench National Park is particularly famous for its large herds of gaur (Indian bison), cheetahs, sambar, nilgai, wild dogs, and wild pigs. The main predators are tigers, followed by leopards, wild dogs, and wolves. Other animals include sloths, civet moths, chinkaras, barking deer, jackals, foxes, civets, civets, hyenas, and porcupines. 

Then, Dinner and overnight at the hotel.   

DAY 07: Nagzira National Park – Departure from Nagpur (125 km / 3.5 hours’ drive)   

On the final day of your Safari tour, you got to rise early in the morning for the final jungle safari to the national park. After completing your morning safari, return to your resort to freshen up and have breakfast.  Afterward, we will head to Nagpur to connect for your next journey.
