Founded in 1908, Kaziranga National Park is a national park in the Golaghat and Nagaon districts of Assam, India. One of India’s most popular wildlife vacation destinations, the 430-square-kilometer area of Kaziranga National Park is eyespot with elephant grass meadows, marshy lagoons, and dense forests. It is home to more than 2,200 Indian rhinos, about two-thirds of the world’s total population.
